Amazon has kicked off its official Black Friday deals in style, and while Lego set discounts are surprisingly rare compared to past years' offerings, one highlight of the bunch is a discount on a large Lego Fortnite set.

For now, the Lego Fortnite Peely Bone set is available for $69.99 at Amazon, marking a $30 discount on the set's usual asking cost of $99.99. While its relative niche appeal compared to other Lego sets originally saw it overlooked, this discount may make you reconsider whether you pick it up.

LEGO Fortnite Peely Bone | $99.99 $69.99 at AmazonSave $30 - The price of this set has been slowly tumbling all November, and it currently sits at its lowest-ever price. That's pretty good for a set that's new for 2025, which now undercuts some of the big-ticket Lego Fortnite buys.

In our Lego Fortnite Peely Bone review, we praised the set's eye-catching design and numerous Fortnite easter eggs, although its 4-star review lags behind the 4.5 stars we gave to the Lego Fortnite Battle Bus and Lego Fortnite Supply Llama.

For some facts about the set, it consists of 1,414 and is recommended for builders aged 18 and up (it has some gruesume details). Our reviewer took 9 hours to build it, and it measures 36 x 17 x 25cm.

Should you buy the Lego Fortnite Peely Bone set?

When we wrote our Peely Bone review, we pointed out how the odd choice of Fortnite skin was a bizarre prospect to get Lego-ized. It's not exactly as iconic a part of the game as the Supply Llama, Battle Bus or even Durr Burger, all of which are available in brick form.

However thanks to its hearty discount, that all could change. At $70, it undercuts many of the other statue and display sets which we see.

So if you, or the person you're buying for, likes the Halloween-themed spin on the classic Peely Fortnite character, this discount could make it a more interesting buy than the Battle Bus.

Also worth noting, is that I've been covering Lego Black Friday deals for over 5 years for various brands, and I don't remember ever seeing as slim pickings on Lego Black Friday discounts at Amazon.

This could be because Amazon has seemingly not applied its 'Black Friday' tag to every discounted set, and we could see more as the day itself draws near, but for early buyers, it provides a limited range of reduced sets to buy.

So if you're dead set on buying a new Lego kit and are a Fortnite player (or buying a gift for one), this could be one of few chances you'll get to pick up an appropriate set. I'm hoping that other retailers save the day though, and we'll keep track of the discounts with our Black Friday Lego deals guide.
