Kitchen gadgets are some of the most sought-after appliances during the shopping event event of the year, and we've seen amazing Black Friday deals on the best air fryers. My go-to is the Instant Vortex air fryer, and this Black Friday offer is truly one-of-a-kind.

Amazon UK has brought the Instant Vortex air fryer down to a record-low price of £28.89 (was £33.99) for its single-drawer model, and I know what you're thinking – I was shocked too, in the best way possible.

Even for a Black Friday deal this is quite the surprise, but I'm not complaining. It's a handy cooking appliance to go for especially if you're a beginner and the world of air fryers is intimidating to you.

It's been dropping in price slowly over the years and now it's reached its lowest ever, meaning that this is your ideal chance to get your hands on one while you can.

While it doesn't match the UK deal, this US deal is still a generous early Black Friday offer. This model tends to drop a little lower come every Black Friday event so you could take the risk and hold off in case it gets another discount, but scoring one now also wouldn't be the worst option.

As mentioned, the Instant Vortex air fryer is a great appliance that covers all the basic features you need in an air fryer. I've been using this model for the best part of the year, and it's saved me bags of time in the kitchen without taking up masses of space.

Though it only has one drawer and is best for cooking for two people, don't be fooled by its small footprint. When I really try, I can fit around 5-6 boned chicken thighs inside, which will only take about 20 minutes to cook – or a little longer if you like crispy skin

Not only that, but it's a non-intimidating model that's perfect for air fryer novices. Its four cooking settings (Air Fry, Bake, Reheat, and Roast) are right there in front of you at the tap of a button, and you can easily amend the time and temperature by using the touch-pad and twisting the dial in the centre.
